We stopped in for lunch and had a nice meal. The potato salad was unique and yummy, and the iced tea was fresh as advertised. The breakfast menu was also available, so there were plenty of choices.
Food is reliably good. Sometimes the place gets packed and you have to wait for a seat and food. Not the best if you are sitting at the table closet to the people waiting as it feels like they are breathing down your neck. People are nice. Restroom is outside and around the back and you need he key to... 更多
I had a lovely breakfast in the courtyard, with excellent service. As a solo traveler, I often become invisible at eating establishments. That was not the case here, in spite of the restaurant being full and busy! The crab and avocado Eggs Benedict was phenomenal, super fresh and delicious. I can't wait to come back.
So glad we chose The Braeburn for breakfast in Langley before our walk-around, just great food, friendly service and frequented by the locals, which says it all. Unassuming from the outside, you may be drawn to the more touristy cafes, but just pass by them and go to the Braeburn
This restaurant was very busy on a Saturday morning. We arrived in town looking for a good place to eat and found the Braeburn. There was a relatively long wait of around 30 minutes until we were seated. The service was excellent and non-obtrusive. Our server was very friendly and made suggestions for us including various specials. I had the... 更多
After about a 30 minute wait (which isn't long when you can visit the nearby stores), we were seated at the bar, where we got to watch the cooks and staff in action. The service was fast and friendly, the brunch was excellent, and the coffee was strong.
As soon as we were on island, my husband and I went for a leisurely breakfast at The Braeburn. The comfortable atmosphere, friendly service and great menu lured us back a second time. Since it is only our second time on Whidbey, I suppose we have not had a chance to compare many places, but we find the menu full... 更多
The service was quick and friendly and they serve both breakfast and lunch all day which is a bonus. I had Caesar salad and half chicken curry sandwich for a fair price. Caesar was good, fresh and lots of garlic and the sandwich was tasty, but not memorable. They're licensed as well.
I've eaten at the Braeburn several times for breakfast and lunch and have never had a bad meal. There's usually a line on the weekends, but it's worth the wait. Their omelettes are very good and french toast is delicious! They use local ingredients. The glasses are from Callahan's next door. Can't wait to go back!
