Orcas Island is overall a magical place, and Mia's cafe is the perfect fit. Very adorable & enjoyable! Mia's cafe is like something you would read about in a Nicholas Sparks novel. It is the perfect place to visit!
The menu was better in writing than in taste. The "red flannel hash" was good (beets and potatoes) but the rest of the items got mediocre responses from the rest of the table (there were 7 of us). There aren't any pancakes or traditionally kid-friendly options. Our southern family tried the biscuits and were disappointed in the texture and flavor.... 更多
After picking up several pastries at the Brown Bear, I saw this cafe and decided to have a sit down breakfast instead. Not sure if I came from the correct entrance door or not but no one was there at the first glance, then I walked inside a bit and saw a table was taken by another traveler. So I... 更多
Loved this cafe. Had their basic breakfast of eggs, toast and hashbrowns, which was just excellent. The hashbrowns are like none I've ever had. They call them "Smashed Browns" and they are red potatoes that are fried up like hash browns but they are in irregular chunks, and they are absolutely fabulous. It was called the basic breakfast, but there... 更多
Husband and I both had the bacon, egg, cheese sandwich (on bread, not a muffin) sounds boring, but actually quite good, and plenty of food. Sister-in-law had the oatmeal (had fruit in it) and seemed to really enjoy, was a good sized bowl. Limited choices here but good food and service.
Where's a great place to have lunch Mia's Cafe the great place for lunch my mom had a pastrami sandwich I had the portobello burger it's a vegetarian burger with a portobello mushroom with lettuce and tomato their food is absolutely the best lunch place on Orcas Island worth going there more than once for lunch last year they moved... 更多
This is a spot the locals go as well as tourists and is well worth it! Mia's serves a variety of yummy breakfasts that you can't get at any old diner. I would recommend this anyone traveling to Orcas. Wish we could have visited for lunch!
Stopped in here for a late breakfast and found an almost empty restaurant that was cleverly decorated and friendly people running it. I ordered biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and really enjoyed it. The biscuit was killer and the gravy understated, but not greasy or heavy at all. My husband ordered some kind of scramble with chorizo and said... 更多
Had lunch here; I had a Portobello mushroom sandwich with lettuce, tomato on rye bread (custom) it came with horseradish-y cole slaw which was good but a little odd. B had a fried egg sandwich which has bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato on it. We split a salad which was excellent although it would have been nice if they chopped... 更多
