As always, this place satisfies your seafood cravings! The Alavar sauce goes with any dish on the plate and it's just gastronomically satisfying. Don't forget to bring home some!
My fiancé and I took several of her friends out for dinner. We chose this place for their one of a kind crabs. This place is a little pricey, but well worth the money if you are a foodie like myself.
Me and my family went to this restaurant since this place is famous for its curacha and other filipino dishes. The ambience is quite good. Place is newly renovated. However the waitresses and waiters are not so good. Poor customer service. We've waited for about an hour for the food. Other customers were pissed off. We we're already starving. We've... 更多
Must try their Curacha with Alavar dish! Its similar to crab with more meat. For Php950 you already get 3 medium sized Curacha already good for 3-4pax :) Their signature Alavar sauce is available for take aways for only Php250 (1kg) very good pasalubong for love ones at home
I don't really know what's the big deal about this restaurant. They have one of the poorest services around! imagine waiting for your food for more than 1 hour! Their famous alavar sauce is just a rip-off of Thai red curry sauce in coconut milk and sweetened to make it palatable with the taste of Zamboanga. Food in Zamboanga is... 更多
Poor customer service. Curacha with their signature sauce is delicious tho. Food arrives after an hour! I ordered their sizzling bulalo steak and grilled pork liempo, the taste is good but the meat is somewhat rubbery. Staff and waiters are not so friendly and accomodating. Dont eat here if you're not willing to wait.
Took about an hour to bring out our food and the place wasn't even full. I think that the food only came out when I asked to cancel our order. Alavar sauce still delicious but I suggest you just buy the sauce and cook your own crabs and shrimps at home. Servers I think are already used to long cooking... 更多
Any dish with Alavar sauce will become extraordinary. If you don't want to cook, then head on to their restaurant. Their signature dish is Curacha or deep sea crab with Alavar sauce. Other dishes just xoxo. Orders usually takes 30-45 minutes to be served.
The service is top, the (sea-)food unbeatable. The restaurant itself is very spacious with a traditional interior. Aircon inside and a garden diner outside if you don't like aircon. Function rooms are also provided for party's etc.
