I Stopped here for lunch one day. It is a cute restaurant in a quiet non-crowded area. Food was good.
We found this gem by accident while driving around. The food was tasty, simple home cooking. Just what you wanted. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
My husband and I come to Chincoteague yearly since our wedding five years ago. This year, once we checked in to our hotel, we decided to try Mr. Baldy's. We'd read mixed reviews but thought we'd give it a shot. Boy, were we surprised! We were the only people there (end of the evening) and very tired. The waitress was... 更多
We have been going to this restaurant for years. It has changed owners and operators a couple of times. One thing never changes the blueberry pancakes, I love them and we usually go for breakfast. they always have good specials too.
Having visited many of the other restaurants in Chincoteague for breakfast we decided to give Mr. Baldey's a try on a recent visit. Overall we were pleased. The morning we went in we were the only customers for a while. The service was friendly and cheerful. After reading some of the reviews I would have to agree that the home... 更多
The service was not great. The food even worse. The sausage gravy was so salty you couldn't eat it. The toast was burnt on my sons sandwich. Not a great experience! Highly Recommend Mr. Pauls Kitchen!
Another place that is a must when on the island! Not on main drag but definitely worth going to. This place is never packed when we've gone...but the food is delicious!! Everything from meatloaf to fried chicken, subs to seafood. Waitress was very pleasant.
My main complaint was they were toooo slow with service. There were only a couple people there plus us 4 and it took forever to get our food. It was average food. I don't think I would stop in again because of the service. The staff said because we ordered the fried chicken, it would take 20 extra minutes. What's... 更多
Very good chipped beef with potatoes for breakfast. Great specials of the day for dinner. Check out the Octopus garden on the wall.
Scrambled eggs were diced up and when I asked about the grits they were only instant ones. I probably won't go back just because it was average food.
