Just across the causeway from South Padre Island this restaurant has a seafarers atmosphere and a varied menu. Prices are reasonable. If your staying in the area for a while, make sure to get a frequent diners card (10 to 20% off) Happy hour from 4 to 6 makes for an even better bargain.
We ate here yesterday and sat on the outside deck. What a great view of the water, boats and SPI. We went to have the shrimp special,,,,1/2# shrimp for $4.75,,,,,you get 11 shrimp,,,,,fried or peel and eat. Absolutely yummy! It's also happy hour so Margarita's are $2.50. You can't beat that! There were 9 of us and Oscar did an... 更多
Stopped here on the way home from a day at South Padre Island. Convenient in that it is right on Hwy 100 after crossing the causeway. OK in that the food was palatable but not a single dish among the five of us was worthy of comment. One person was served something other than what she ordered. In the future... 更多
Happy hour specials (2 pm - 6pm weekdays) are special at Pirate's Landing in Port Isabel, Texas. There is a menu choice for each day of the week. These choices are a deal. A pound of shrimp for $9.95! Can't beat that anywhere that I know. AND the shrimp are giant! There's other specials, but I've only tried the shrimp.... 更多
We had an order of fish and one of shrimp, they were both very good and there was alot to eat, happy hour margaritas where also very good and affordable.
We went here with a group of ten. We were seated together without a problem. The staff and manager very friendly. Randy a Chicago sports nut was fun to talk with as was Dan and Mike. We enjoyed the food and the experience.
When you're hungry and in want of a decent meal go eat here. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick. The food is of good quality.
The atmosphere here is awesome, but I have to be honest. There have been times that the food is mediocre at best! It is expensive here and well people expect only the best. I do like going here, but will go to the, "Hole in the Walls" first!
