This bakery needs to stop resting on its old reputation and visit the Village Bakery down the street for some fresh ideas.
Drank half a hot chocolate before almost swallowing a cockroach. What made it worst was that the staff didn't care (I was not sure they understood until I mentioned I would complain to council re food standards). I won't be going back - too many Cafes with a higher food standards and friendly staff in Drummoyne (I'm a local).
Fantastic spot for breakfast, it's very busy but they have plenty of staff and you don't wait long at all. There was a lovely selection of eggs all on their beautiful breads. I did notice small quiches as well which looked divine. Will certainly go there again.

Had a milkshake and BLT here for lunch, and both were substantial and pleasant. The cafe purports to be the oldest sourdough bakery in Sydney, and the bread from the in-store bakery certainly looks delicious. Would certainly give this another go.

A good variety of food incl. healthy choices. Well presented and yummy. Superfast and professional service even when bakery is packed, your coffee is almost at your table before you.
Love coming here with kids for Sunday breakfast. This place is always busy during the weekends. We would usually have eggs florentine, avocado toast but their sourdough toasts can be tough and hard at times. Their desserts are just okay.
