Family run restaurant. Food never lets us down. Good service. Nice to sit outside in summer, as a bit loud inside.
Just to be clear Indian cuisine has never been my first 'port of call' so when friends mentioned they'd booked a table here I was a little apprehensive. We started with papadum and the dosa with a mince filling both of which were filled with flavour and set the scene for the mains. Hot, spicy foods don't work for me... 更多
Yes very good. Not as good as an English curry, but good. The onion bhajis were a bit unusual, never had them as a patty - they are supposed to be round and light with ragged edges Would recommend
We've had a couple of takeaways from Indian Palace now and all the dishes were great. Indian takeaways can be a lottery but so far Indian Palace have done a great job - great flavours, good level of spice, tender meat and not greasy.
It has been quite a while since we have visited this establishment. Whilst it is fine, we think Manjit also at Balmain to be better and Nithick's Kitchen at Rozelle offered more interesting dishes.
An authentic Indian atmosphere, warm hosts and attentive service. Highly recommend trying the Delhi Chicken and Prawn Mustard curry accompanied by the Peshawari Naan, genuinely outstanding Indian food! The upstairs room has wonderful views and the hand painted murals are a beautiful feature. Going back to try the Dosa's which we're told are highly recommended.
I find the food quite good and service not bad either. It's solid and I have been there a few times, and would go back. It's not the cheapest Indian in town but it's ok. Quite good value for money. Clean, friendly and good service.
