Beautiful traditional Scottish Inn. Service was superb and our food was freshly cooked and delicious! Reasonable pricing and large portions.
Visited here most times we've been to Killin over the last 17 years. One of my wife's favourite places to eat. Has an old fashioned traditional feel (a compliment!) with really friendly staff and a good choice of local produce on their menus.
Visited on a cold Tuesday evening and the bar/restaurant was quiet. Poor start when Campari was ordered to be told there was no Campari but an extensive gin list. The starters were ok but nothing to get excited about. As for the main courses, the pork plates had an ingredient missing, while the veal was soft and not crisp on... 更多
We were recommended this place by our B&B landlady and it was a good choice, especially being only a couple of minutes walk away, rather than 10-15 it would have been back into the centre of town. The hotel is a lovely old Victorian building sitting right beside the Bridge of Lochay (with a patio right on to it -... 更多
The thing that made this visit for us was the service. The food was superb and the chef is trying to do something really different with fine local produce. We had seen various Comments on Trip Advisor and when passing we were not sure , but decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed . We sat in the conservatory which had lovely views of River Lochay and the surrounding hills. The food choice was good and the quality of food was excellent. The staff were very... 更多
I visited this restaurant after dropping in to have a look at their menu the day before. My parents were with us and my dad is disabled but the staff were very accommodating to assist him to an appropriate seat/ table and offered to assist when we left. The choice of menu is varied and reflects the seasons and leaves... 更多
Booked a few hours beforehand on a mid-week evening, during half-term. Atmosphere was busy but low-key and possibly a little lacking. After a slow start, the service was good. Food was a little posher than pub grub, some meals average but some better than expected. Overall, there isn't that much choice in Killin but I'd think this pub is probably... 更多
