I won't waste any time finding a Cracker Barrel next time I'm in Chattanooga. This place is very retro cafe and you'll get more food than you can eat. The dessert menu will blow your mind. Totally recommend!
Sat us promptly but no one came over with water or anything. They were busy but not full. We flagged down a waitress and she brought coffee but said our waitress was busy with a big table. It we had seen her outside! When she finally came to our table it was only because I caught her eye and stared.... 更多
We ate here once for breakfast and once for dinner. Feels like and old diner type place. All food was correct and tasted good. The serving sizes of everything are monstrous. There is a $3 fee for sharing a meal, but I recommend it because you can't eat all of it solo. Plus they have very good desserts of every... 更多
This is not your typical diner. It is a full fledged restaurant open 24/7 365 days a year. It's been in the same location for years and is very popular with the locals and travelers as well. The food is great, portions are plentiful and the desserts are amazing. The huge cakes are on display (there must be at least... 更多
Holy Moly! When you walk in, there is a pastry case to die for! Cakes and pies of all kinds! However, we went for breakfast....it was delicious! So much food, I couldn't finish! The coffee was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely go back again!
The food is awesome at this place. I went for breakfast and their waffles are amazing. They also have 100s of different types of cakes and pies. A must stop in at Chattanooga stop.
No matter what you're in the mood for, chances are, the City Cafe Diner will have a dish to suit you. Even if you're not looking for a full meal, go to enjoy a cup of coffee and one of their many LARGE cakes and delicious pies. Aside from very large portion sizes, they've got a few gluten free selections... 更多
We couldn't decide if we wanted breakfast or lunch so we walked across the street from our hotel to the City Cafe Diner. Hubby ordered a tuna melt and I ended up ordering their Carribbean Monte Cristo, which is ham, turkey, swiss and cheddar cheese in a flour tortilla that is beer battered and fried. It was the hugest sandwich... 更多
Great place to eat. We happened to visit Thanksgiving Day and although I was tempted to order the turkey plate special w/all the fixin' I quickly changed my mind once I saw the Italian Food. We ordered both baked ziti and 3 entrée Italian plate which both were generous with servings, we could've easily shared 1 plate of food between... 更多
