I love small town restaurants where the local folks go for breakfast and lunch. They had shrimp creole, with three sides as the special, so good! I'll be back next time I'm in Georgetown.

Had lunch here before a boat tour. It is a quaint small-town diner where the locals eat. They have real southern food here but if you don't care for shrimp n grits or gumbo, they have hamburgers and other American standards. We had BLT's just because they sounded good and that they were. We drove to Georgetown from Myrtle Beach based on the TA reviews. Good decision. The food is the definition of southern home cooked. And very inexpensive. I liked it so well that I even bought a T. It says "Thomas Cafe....A Local Place". And that it is. Understated and VERY good.
We went to Thomas Cafe on a recommendation from a local. She was right it was a good choice. We had the pimento cheese BLT and gumbo. My husband like the gumbo and the sandwich was amazing. Friday is their fried flounder special and it looked delicious so we will be returning to try that another Friday Key lime pie... 更多
We have visited this town many times in our past boating travels. We were on our way north and we ducked in here for breakfast. They didn't disappoint us.
What a great breakfast experience. The coffee is very good and the food is even better. The servers are friendly. The seating area is a little bit tight and the place always seem crowded. The menu goes beyond bacon and eggs. There are always eclectic items on the menu.

It is a landmark in town and has served every level of society. The have a daily special on the CHALK board consisting of a meat and three with drink. They also have a printed... 更多
