Possibly a bit arrogant, but I did not expect to find such a really great cafe in a small country town. Fabulous coffee, breakfast, cakes & bread in a lovely setting. Stop if you're anywhere near Berry.
Pleasant room, woodfired oven in winter, and some dishes cooked with it. Enthusiastic friendly staff. Can be very busy over lunch times , food is reliably good, as is the coffee. Always a good choice of pastries , and bread if you're early.
I took a friend for a drive to Berry. We planned to wander around the shops and have a light lunch. My first choice is always the Sourdough Cafe - great for breakfast, brunch, lunch and takeaway baked goods to stash in the freezer. We both had the soup of the day, which was a delicious roast pumpkin & sweet... 更多
Visiting Berry this week, we were fortunate enough to stay in a little cottage right next door to the Berry Sourdough Cafe! Our first morning, a cold, very windy day, we strolled into this wonderfully, warm, friendly, packed cafe and were treated to an exceptional, five star breakfast!! The all day breakfast choices and great coffee was a deciding factor... 更多
I visited for lunch with my friend who celebrated her birthday the previous day. An excellent lunch and a special thank you to Sophia and Jacob for the great service. It was so good that I returned for breakfast the next morning!
Beautiful breakfast, taste the quality that's for sure, took home some freshly made sourdough bread - fig & walnut, olive & thyme & traditional sourdough... Couldn't help myself so I took home some fresh homemade tarts too macadamia, Almond & raspberry & choc croissant.... Must visit

They acknowledged you even though they were busy. They apologised for the delay more than once. They had lots of gluten free and whilst there I bought a loaf... 更多
It's been a long time coming but I've FINALLY found the best cafe in Berry for food and coffee. Tucked into a side street off the main road, this very hip and happening place combines country furnishings with industrial touches. Excellent menu and a barista that knows her way around a machine!
