Make sure you get there early before she is sold out! Usually go in the morning and then the pasties right out of the oven are just the right temperature to eat when you have had a lovely walk along the beautiful coastal path. Have a look on Y Tube and you can see how she makes them!
What more could you want than a near perfect pasty in a beautiful setting. The pastry used for the pasties is spot on and the steak and veg filling is plentiful with a fantastic end product.
Stopping off at Ann's Pasties to pick up some lunch is a great option (and inexpensive too). The are lots of footpaths radiating out from The Lizard Village. So you can soon be down at the coast looking out over the turquoise sea and tucking into lunch.
Not entirely sure what's famous about the pasties. Reasonably tasty and filling pasties, though rather short on the meat content. £3 for a medium pasty so not a horrific rip-off and a decent priced lunch on the go if you're in the area, but I wouldn't travel to experience it
You can't miss the YELLOW Anns Pasty house. Pasties made just the way you would make yourself. Juicy and lovely pastry, I don't think you can beat eating a hot pasty out in the open, and Anns wont disappoint. A true Cornish pleasure. She'll even post them to you!!
