1st time visit for the £5 lunch buffet. There was a lovely salad buffet, 3/4 starters 1 rice dish and 3 curries (1 ckn,1 chickpea and 1 boned lamb) that's it....but got to admit it was all tasty But what more can you ask for a £5
The food is amazing, It must be the tastiest Indian in Oldham. The restaurant has an open kitchen, which is always an added bonus. Bring your own wine and beer though as the do not have a licence.
This was our third visit to Cafe Lahore. On each occasion we have been warmly welcomed. The food has been of good quality, beautifully cooked and reasonably priced. We thoroughly recommend a visit.
The food was very good spicy but still taste the ingredients. Clearly used good produce. It's a non licensed place so take your own drink. Ordered from the recommend and very much enjoyed a mince lamb dish and hot chicken dish. Mushroom pilia rice and two plain nana - 1 too many. I though the potion size just right. The... 更多
The portion sizes aren't the best (though perfectly adequate), but the quality of the food is outstanding. One of the best Indian restaurants I've experienced. We go here often and I generally try something new each time. I've never had a dish I've even remotely been disappointed it. The staff are very friendly and the food is also competitively priced.
We visited for the lunchtime buffet, all you can eat for £5. I had chicken bhuna, tandoori chicken, lamb koftas, rice, bread and cake. The food was really fresh and tasty. The service was friendly and attentive. They even made us some fries for the children in our party who aren't keen on curry. All in all, a great experience,... 更多
We turned up as group of 11 without reservation, and were welcomed and looked after very well by the staff. We didn't particularly expect anything special as the restaurant looks quite modest from the street (in fact I've worked right opposite it for over 2 years once a week, and never thought of trying it) - but were very impressed... 更多
If you like real authentic Indian food you really can't go wrong with Cafe Lahor. This is 'home cooked' authentic Asian food, seasoned with passion and great service. There isn't a bad dish on the menu, and the whole thing is great value. A real hidden gem, in the heart of Oldham.
I do not have a single bad thing to say about Cafe Lahore! The service, the food, the restaurants ambience, everything is always perfect! This is one of the main reasons I always come back. I would highly recommend everyone to try it out!
Two days before getting a takeaway from Lahore, me and my girlfriend had the worst curry from another Indian, my friends suggested Lahore and we were not disappointed... If they say the curry is hot, believe me it's hot so don't think they under do it with the madras... Most probably the best Indian takeaway I've ever had!!
