We have a caravan nearby so eat here most weekends with our toddler. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the food is excellent. One of the best Indians I've ever eaten in. Would throughly recommend it.
Went to the restaurant with my wife and had an enjoyable evening and meal. The premises are spotless and the staff are extremely attentive without being overwhelming, the staff were extremely helpful in guiding us with the style of dishes and even said they would calm down the meal my wife chose to suit her taste. The meal I chose... 更多
Varied menu even for a Vegetarian like myself. The food was good value, tasty and not over spicey.Service was quick and efficient.Would go back if in the area visiting
All in all not very good. Over an hour from entering the restaurant to being served with starters, we had two children in our party and though we started at 7PM by the time we paid and left it was gone nine and the kids were fractious. The actual service when it came was friendly but oh so slow. The... 更多
Had a takeaway from here, the food was ok, if brown, brown and more brown, but the bag was soaked in oil - about 2 or so table spoons sliding about inside the bag from a single curry. It's not the best way to start a meal by thinking 'what am I doing to myself?'
I had the unfortunate experience of ordering a takeaway from the spice house recently! It was one of the blandest, underwhelming, overpriced currys I've ever had! I would have been better off buying a jar of loyd grossman from the co op across the street. Take my advice, have a Chinese instead
I eat in the spice house twice a week.best restaurant in seahouses by mile. The staff are warm and friendly. The food is always freshly made to order. If you want a meal cooked a different way they always get it right .gt I usually have a lamb saag spicey ,my wife king prawn tandoori. Fantastic friendly restaurant
Good service, very good authentic tasting food with excellent flavours. Service was good and it was popular with out being hectic. Would certainly go again if in the area.
Had an excellent family meal here on a Sunday night. Thoroughly enjoyed every dish we tried and would definitely go again without hesitation. Loads of choice on the menu and Cobra beer on draft. Easily one of the best Indian meals I've had in recent memory.
We visited while staying in Seahouses. One of two Indian restaurants on same street both owned by the same family. Very nice restaurant, very modern and clean and friendly staff. Indian food was good and plentiful. We would recommend and would return.
The lamb chops (starter) were the most delicious we have tasted and the menu has a good choice of different dishes from the regular Indian Restaurant fare. Our waiter (Jack) was lovely, an asset to the Restaurant !!
A wonderful restaurant where nothing is too much trouble. The tables and presentation are immaculate and the food is reasonably quick to appear. The food itself is wonderfully flavoursome and of excellent quality and whilst not the largest portions, they are more than filling and don't leave you withy a " curry sleep" or heartburn when you go to bed.
Struggle normally to get hubby to eat Indian cos he's not too keen on spicy foods but it was our second visit here and on both occasions we have been highly satisfied. Excellent meal. Excellent menu, difficult decision on what to have. Good choices made. Prompt service, with a smile. Clean restaurant. Will definitely revisit when in the area on... 更多
what a great place to eat, was a bit dubious about what the quality of food would be like as its in a small village but didn't have to worry about a thing. Staff are fantastic and food is unbelievable, well worth a visit
The service was friendly and efficient and the food was really tasty, with a lot more than the usual suspects on offer. It's clearly a popular spot, which created a great atmosphere and the staff were clearly very used to, so I was glad we'd booked.
