We ate at the restaurant as part of the hotel deal and it was certainly excellent value for money. With a little more dimmed lighting and less slated plates, this restaurant would be def a place to come back to.
Visited while staying at a nearby hotel upon reading good reviews. Waitstaff were friendly and the food was pretty good, though nothing especially great or poor. Positive was an emphasis on locally-source ingredients.
Great food, a menu with a twist on almost every dish, was very tasty and filling, waiters could do with some training on what is on menu. seemed to be guessing every time we asked something.
We stayed at the Hotel so ate in the Glasshouse on the first night. The food was excellent but the restaurant set up was just temporary tables in one of the large rooms in the hotel. The staff were really friendly.

We had a family gathering, which was to celebrate a certain birthday of the family matriarch. Complimentary fizz and balloons were provided. The food was excellent, with just enough choice, so that people were able to select without taking too long!
We are regular visitors to the Hotel and we always stay on a DB&B deal as we have find the food in the Hotels glass House restaurant to be excellent. The menu offers a good choice and the staff are very friendly and professional.
