Nice old pub with plenty of atmosphere. Lunch was excellent with a good range of choices. Nice place to meet up with old friends.
After a walk around alderly edge this pub is ideally situated next to national trust carpark. There is a good selection of drinks on offer including real ales. The meals are good quality and tasty.Even on a busy Sunday we didn't to have to wait long the staff are friendly and helpful
The Edge in Alderley Edge is a great place for a weekend visit and the pub is ideally located. We booked a table on the bank holiday weekend and were told we could have one for 3pm. This was not a problem for us as we were going to visit the Edge before hand and were happy to wait. We... 更多
Fantastic after a few hours walking the nearby Edge, with its mysteries and marvellous views. Despite being next to a fairly busy road, feels peaceful and calm, and it's a joy to find a pub that hasn't lost old school charm, where the shabby chic feels genuine. Separate little areas are cosy, and there is biggish garden outside. The menu... 更多
It's a good pub for a drink and a meals. The meals are average but they are expensive as you are in Alderley edge, the whole place needs work doing its old and dated a metal roof, wall paper is pealing off and out side the flags are unstable and need re - pointing but apart from that it's a... 更多
Came in for lunch today to celebrate my grandson's GCSE results. We have eaten here many times before but have to say this will almost certainly be the last! We ate lunch here with four friends in July. The ambience is pleasantly rural rustic with a homely feel. The menu was varied and our party of six had no trouble selecting from it. Service was very good with an attentive waitress. Wait time was just right and we enjoyed a mixed platter of starters before our individual main course... 更多

I had Sunday roast. Food was ok. I enjoyed it but it's not the best roast I've had. The beef was well done (we were told we could have it rare) & the potatoes were dry. A good variety of veg though. At £13 for the Sunday dinner it's a little pricey for the slightly above average quality. Service is... 更多
