If you are anywhere nearby, you have to check it out. Food is fabulous and our waiter was great. Had the lobster dip and linguine.
This restaurant was awesome. Great location with being right on the water and funky decor. The wait staff, owner and bartender were typical east coasters; friendly, accommodating, easy to talk to and super nice. The food was really fantastic. The mussels were the best I had on the island(and I tried many!) the seafood chowder, lobster roll was also some... 更多
North Rustico is the place to be. Small harbour area with a bay and ocean view. The restaurant has great staff and a few cute waiters. It was a beautiful July day with a glass of wine and some chowder. I highly recommend this restaurant for families, young people and the experienced traveller.
One of the best seafood places I have been to. Really atmospheric too, being surrounded by all the fishermen's wharfs. Great lobster, fresh oysters, good local beer... what else to wish for? :)
With all the great reviews and the suggestions from the locals, it was going to be our last dinner being on the island. We knew they closed at 9pm so we pulled up at about 815 thinking it would be plenty of time. Well, they would not seat us. So, if you plan on eating at this great place get... 更多
We ate here on our first night in PEI and it did not disappoint. We were surprised to have to wait almost an hour for a table despite being a weeknight in June but there was lots to explore in the surrounding Rustico harbour so it was not too bad. We had the mussels and chowder. It was all fresh... 更多
The happiness from restaurant staff is contagious, and our family couldn't stop smiling through our visit. Wonderful throughout --quick service, deliciously fresh seafood perfectly prepared, and a melt-in-your-mouth strawberry rhubarb shortcake that I thought I was too full to eat. A jewel of a restaurant with an amazing view.Perfect cap to our PEI visit.
Visited the Blue Mussel Cafe twice so far and we have enjoyed the food. There is usually a small wait because this place is so crazy busy but is worth going. Food is very good and staff is very friendly. Price is average. Will go again.
I love sea food, but hate haddock, which is all you will find at about 99% of restaurants in the Maritime Provinces. In this restaurant I had a wonderful halibut entree but what most inspired me to write were the local oysters, Malpque Bay I believe. Raw on the half shell, they came with a vodka cocktail sauce, very different,... 更多
