Everyone seems to come here for the beignets. They did not disappoint although you should be mindful of how many to order. The food quality was good and the waitress was attentive. Keep in mind that parking is not free during the week.
Good place for lunch, some nice French options. salad is good, occasional fish/chicken is also welcome. bakery next door.
Six years ago I visited North Carolina. Rue Cler was on my list of restaurants to dine, but I did not make it. I returned and made for spot for a quiet lunch. I arrived just before the end of lunch service. I received a warm welcome and my server was attentive. My starter was a refreshing cucumber soup. It... 更多
Dinner was amazing! Had the Prix Fixe, which was well worth the price. The prix fixe menu changes based on the best local ingredients. Savory beignets were also an unexpected treat. The food was innovative, perfectly prepared and delicious. Service was impeccable.
Stayed downtown last weekend and walked over for a delicious brunch. Service was friendly and quick. Prices were reasonable. Have a basket of beignets while waiting for your main dish.

The menu doesn't change very often so it's hard to return often as the menu also isn't very extensive. Finally, the price point is... 更多
A nice place for brunch whether you want omelets, sandwiches, salads or soup. Service was prompt and friendly. The Salad Nicoise was very good...the onion soup was just fair.
Have eaten here many times, usually for lunch or brunch and it never fails to please. Good simple food, a fairly small menu (which to me says it's all fresh), and they always have beignets and moules frites. Good coffee, too.
The decor of RueCler is nothing to write home about, but that's not the point of this restaurant. Rather, RueCler is a bistro that focuses on its food and service, not on superficials. My group of four shared two appetizers, and then each of us got an a la carte entre. My mussels and fries were absolutely delicious. Just wish I'd... 更多
