I love to talk to the owner about the ingredients he uses. Some are subtle and really wonderful when duscovered. The menu is vast, and the buffet varies. The best in the County by far.
One of the things I admire about Mehak is that when they open at 11:30 A.M. all of their steam tables are filled and ready to go. There is another Indian restaurant, just a few doors down, that is always late so the contrast is obvious. The food here is what you would expect at an Indian buffet and it... 更多
My daughter highly recommended we eat here and after dinner we all agreed it was worth it. She had Chicken Vindaloo and though I can't remember the name of my dish with chick peas and spinach, I loved it. My husband enjoyed his chicken dish and the naan was perfect. Basmati rice was plentiful and quite good. Prices were reasonable... 更多
Had a great lunch check today. My business associate was quite pleased with the selection as was i. The buffet is just under 10 per. The beers are a little high in my opinion, but it is a college town. They make a great mango lassi here. The menu varies, which I really like. You can also tell the staff... 更多
I really enjoyed the food here tonight! That is one nice thing about eating in college towns they have good food! The rice pudding was really good with a taste of lemon. The chicken tikka Masala was the best I have had in awhile! Of course the trio chutney tray is one of my favorites too!
Just walking in is a wonderful, fragrant experience. The menu is extensive with good descriptions. The service was excellent as was the food. I have been there many times and have always had an excellent experience.
Indeed the best in Ithaca. If you love Indian Food, you are gonna love Mehak too. And if you are a first timer who want to try authentic Indian food while in Ithaca, believe me, this is the place you are looking for. (Don't worry if you cannot eat THE spicy Indian food, they can cook a milder version for... 更多
I eat here frequently. There are 3 Indian restaurants in Ithaca. The two best are in college town. The best of all is Mehak. It is family run, the father is the cook. The buffet is good, and although I have eaten here perhaps 20 times , there seems to always be one new thing on the buffet. The main... 更多
