It looks like a house converted into a bar and restaurant. The restaurant was like sitting in someone's converted living room... no ambiance at all. The food was dull and had no imagination or taste. It was definitely the type of place to overlook.
Excellent food with a fancy flair on cozy cooking six as filet topped Mac and cheese. Fantastic pizzas, homemade sausage and soup. The staff is friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Call ahead for hours and seat availability recommended.
We like to go to the "mom and pop" places in the area, found it by googling restaurants in Ballston Spa NY. This is one of the best. Nice, quiet cozy place. The food was wonderful, waitress was great. The special: 'stuffed cabbage' was delicious. Nice place off the beaten path, definitely worth the trip.
