I had smelling like the restaurant I just left. Dry roast beef sandwich. Waiter never brought me the extra au jus I asked for.
What a great place for brunch! We were greeted and seated right away. They had a brunch menu and a regular lunch menu. I had the egg and cheese sandwich, my husband had a Scottish egg and mac & cheese and my sister had stew, They were all delicious. scone with jam an cream finished off the meal. Make sure... 更多
Stopped in for lunch during Christmas shopping on a snowy Saturday. The restaurant looked inviting on a chilly afternoon. The interior is rustic, with brick walls and high-top tables. I started with a "spot" of tea. Served in a small pot with a choice of teas. A large pot can also be ordered for more servings. There is a nice selection... 更多
Walking in at 7:40pm, and needing to be across the street for painting at 8pm, our family was worried about getting good food in such a short time period. The servers here swept us right in, had us seated, took our food orders, and delivered the food to us lickety-split. Even with the crazy speed, they did all these actions... 更多
I have visited the British Chip shop on 3 separate occasions over the 3 months. 1st. This is a small store front business. 2nd. It is located in a dry town. So there is no alcohol served. So much for having a pint or two with your mates. 3rd. Football (soccer) is on the two HD flat screens. 4. Menu... 更多
If you like traditional British pub food, or want to give it a try, be sure to visit The British Chip Shop. My Irish Stew was not the best I've had; it... 更多
The British Chip Shop in Haddonfield serves tasty, fresh British food. I always head there when I want fish and chips and I am never disappointed. The fish is fresh, tasty, and moist. The chips are just-right crispy. They also serve a variety of other kinds of food such as bangers and beans and a great Sunday Brunch. And British... 更多
Stopped for lunch during the craft fair. The fish and chips were done to perfection, both done crispy on the outside and tender not at all greasy on the inside. My companion had the mac and cheese which was quite silky and delish as well.
A couple of time a year, I meet friends in Haddonfield for lunch. We always go to the British Chip Shop. We never had to wait, but yesterday was the exception since there was a fall festival in town and the restaurant was very crowded. Big thanks to the owner who pushed two tables together so we could sit without... 更多
My wife and I were in Haddonfield doing some shopping and decided to stop in for lunch. We both got the Fish & Chips. The fish was one large piece rather then the couple smaller pieces that I use to. It was very tasty but difficult to eat. Was not a fan of the chips, they were very dark, almost... 更多
