Went to downtown Newts (they have 3 locations now) for lunch with some coworkers. Newts is known for their many and unique burgers, with downtown being the first and oldest location. Free popcorn is abundant and offered by friendly staff. Normally burgers are pretty good, but on this occasion it was overcooked and they weren't busy. Same happened on my... 更多
Went on a Sunday with the fam for burgers. The wait staff is younger but very professional and attentive. Our waiter was good, he tried to remember all our orders mentally..he came back to double check an order haha. A+
I ordered the grilled chicken Caesar salad. I should have known what the quality would be when the cashier handed me a plastic container of dressing and a poker chip. He said to take the poker chip to the cook and he would prepare the salad. The cook took a container of lettuce out of the fridge and a chicken... 更多
This is one of my family's 'go-to' places for burgers. Love the Marvin's Burger! The onion rings are very good, although there is an upgrade charge to sub rings for fries. One of my favorite menu items is the fish and chips. Plenty to share!
Greasy, bland, if you want lettuce and tomato, extra. I asked for onions and they are soggy. Service OK, but servers just as soon chat with each other than to wait on customer.
I went here with my friend at a time where it wasn't too busy. The atmosphere is almost identical in each of their restaurants which I find to be nice, and unique because Newt's is a local restaurant- not a chain. I took my friend there for a Jucy Lucy since he is from the East Coast. He didn't seem... 更多
Everyone is super friendly at newts, and they are fast! Alot of resteraunts make you wait arround forever for your food, but not this one! and they even give you popcorn while you wait too. I ordered the todds burger which has baccon and eggs on it, so its basically like a breakfast burger. SOOOOO good!!!
I ate the macaroni and cheese sandwich. It was ok but it was so messy and hard to eat. The rest of the group enjoyed there good. Mostly burgers. The place needs new carpet and you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get there. Not handicapped accessible at all.
Everyone in Rochester that we met, raves about Newt's Burgers. So we decide to give them a try. The one most talked about is the peanut butter burger. Yes, that's not a misprint. We tried one and also a more conventional burger. Well, the peanut butter burger must be an acquired taste in Rochester because I certainly would not want... 更多
Saw the billboard form the highway and was glad I did. Was the Best Burger we have eaten in a long time! Good pricing too.

Food was great! Our waiter Eric was awesome! In our 10 years in Rochester, MN we have never had someone that kept our drinks filled, filled our popcorn, cleared our table, wore a smile, had a great attitude, he did all these things for us without us asking and our group was 8. Thank you Eric for making my sons... 更多
We had a 35 minute wait on a Friday night. The place was hopping. Attentive wait staff. One person in my group tried the juicy Lucy. It looked a little smaller than the other burgers and was pretty average. The other burgers we tried were better.
Great casual meal. Huge sandwiches and burgers. A nice variety of tastes. My son had the Todd which had fried egg on the burger - breakfast and lunch for him!
Taxi driver told us on the way in from the airport that Newts has the absolute best burgers in town so expectations were high. The burger selection is good and we each had a burger and coleslaw. Burger was good and the bun looked homemade but I would say it is an average burger - nothing great. Coleslaw was sweet... 更多
