We hadn't been to Chin Yung for several years but always enjoyed the food. We ordered General Tso's chicken and wontons. The General Tso's was so salty it was almost inedible. The wontons were good.
The salad bar was nearly empty with only a few pieces of lettuce floating in a tub of ice water and a few sad looking vegetables in nearby pans. It looked like a high school cafeteria AFTER lunch. I love this restaurant. They have a large variety of menu items, including my favorite, mock duck. One of the unusual things they offer are Chinese donuts, and are better than any state fair mini donuts, they're hot, fresh and delicious.
