During sightseeing in Khiva, it is good cafe stop to make a break. Big coffee menu, excellent service. Ice cold drinks.Location allows one to soak into atmosphere of magic Khiva.
This Restaurant has a great location but menu is limited, when I say limited it is because everything we tried to order off the menu was not available. The Host/ Owner was great and very patient which was great and the food came out fairly quickly. The issue was when we asked for the bill it took over 20mins to... 更多
We were not impressed. The location is nice, just in the main street of the old town – or maybe this is a problem. The seating outside has great view to monuments and people walking by – but this is the end of positive list. The food was average, but white wine that we ordered by glasses was not drinkable... 更多
My family and I stayed three nights in Khiva in March of 2016, and we ate every lunch and dinner during our stay at Bir Gumbaz. The service was quick, attentive, and friendly. We tried nearly every regional specialty on the menu and liked them all. Lonely Planet says Bir Gumbaz is expensive compared to other Khiva restaurants. Having not... 更多
Very good restaurant with a great location in the heart of the old town. Various dishes, vegitarian choice witch I really appreciated, very good service. We enjoyed a table outside after sunset. Make sure to follow the prices and the final bill because they wouldn't bring a receipt.
Just finished dinner here and we were quite disappointed with the food quality. The atmosphere was very nice and the people were pleasant. The bread was hard, the soups didn't have much for ingredients and the ravioli was just Ok although the quantity was large. We were surprised the place was rated so high by others.
Stopped off here for a rest and a coffee after sight-seeing in Ichan Kala. Nice sunny terrace just off the main thorough-fare, so quiet and relaxing, yet still able to watch the world go by. Proprietress warm and friendly. Coffee was very good too!
We went there 3 times during our stay in Khiva. Good service and good food. Nice dehors. We have tried Pilaw, shashlyk, samsa and a sort of kebab. All the plates in the menu are always available and here in Uzbekistan they usually eat earlier than Italy (12 for lunch and 19.30 for dinner).
It has a great location and is a nice terrace to relax on. I had a decent Laghman. My wifes Shurpa was less good. More expensive and less tasty than the other places we ate in in Khiva.
