I've been to many Bertucci's and this one just wasn't that good. Pizza was burned on edges; daughters pasta luke warm. Disappointing meal.
We went to Bertucci's with a very large group. I wasn't expecting super speedy service given the size of our group, but with 2 kids I expected it to be a bit faster. We ordered our food and 20 minutes later the waitress came over to tell my husband they couldn't make what he ordered, it was only available at... 更多
Otherwise, to noisy and dirty - I love this place, but I always end up at a table with loose food that dropped on to my chair or booth bench and the floor gets filthy I'd guess within the first 2 hours of opening each day. In summer, wait to sit outside - ti's fun to people and doggy watch... 更多
When my friends and I want to go to lunch together, we always choose Bertucci's. All of the food is consistently good, the staff is always experienced, friendly and patient. I sometimes get a personal-sized pizza, but usually, eggplant parmigiana (since my husband doesn't like eggplant) and both are excellent. My kids (grown) also like to go here when they're... 更多
Over the years, I have eaten at a number of different Bertucci's and used to consider them reliable choices for reasonable quality, inexpensive lunches. But after my two experiences in December, I doubt that I will ever be back to any Bertucci's. The first experience was a weekday lunch in Waltham with a business colleague. The second experience was a... 更多
We went here for an early Saturday dinner and were seated right away. That was the last good bit of service we received. The table we were put at had no utensils, and the host said he'd bring us some, but he never did. We had to ask our waiter twice to get them. After the waiter brought us bread,... 更多
Granted, Lexington Center is somewhat of a captive audience, but restaurants there have not guarantee of continued success. Bertucci's is a can't miss concept for the Center. Kids love it. They provide dough to play with and kids menus. They have pizza and mac and cheese. Why is it that the last 3 times I have gone there, I swore... 更多
Average lunch spot. Pricey for that type of food- never heard of green beans with chicken marsala before. Lunch time can be a bit chaotic, and no bar for cocktail hour.
First thing that pops to my mind is that this place is LOUD! This is not authentic Italian, it is a family pizza/pasta chain restaurant. Great for kids, not for me. However, my spaghetti was perfectly cooked. And the bread was warm and came immediately and our server was very helpful.
