We were traveling. It was Cinco de Mayo and my husband's birthday so We chose a Mexican restaurant. We sat at the bar and waited a long time before the bartender asked if we wanted anything. The Margaritas were good... Not great... And small. My quesadilla turned out to be a half for $8. I can get a full quesadilla... 更多
A toddler, a vegetarian, and a meat eater walk into a restaurant... And we all had a great meal. The portions are large and the food is delicious, making this one of the best value meals we had in the Great Barrington area. The service was good and friendly. We promptly came back a second time.

Xicohtencatl is a good restaurant. In the warmer weather you can dine outside. The Burritos are great and the Sangria is pretty good too. They have a pretty extensive menu and specials as well. I would recommend it to anyone who likes Mexican food. The service has always been good as well.
After skiing at nearby Butternut, we pulled into Xicohtenatl on a whim. This turned out to be a great decision. Great, authentic, Mexican food. Delicious guacamole, tender carnitas and great fish tacos. To top it off they were super accommodating to our young children. Go, you won't be disappointed.
