This is the only restaurant we've actually dinned twice during our stay at Bar Harbor. First, its just across where we stay (Acadia. gateway Motel), Second, service was excellent (even allowing us to bring in left overs from our lunch) which i think was awesome. As this is our first trip to Maine, we are beyond excited to get a real lobster roll as we've never had one before. The atmosphere is very cool. BBQ pit outside, lobsterman decor all around. So we split a brisket and lobster roll to sample the goods. A little on the small side and a touch disappointing. Not sure... 更多
The ribs are the BOMB. My wife and I split a 1/2 rack. The BBQ sauce is the best I have ever had. They the sauce too. Laid back service, Connor was our server. He suggested the smoked mussels, pretty dam good stuff. Will do it again. Great craft beer selection.
I ordered the chicken and watched the cook grab it out of the refrigerator with his bare hands then put it in the microwave. Others in my party ordered lobster, it was soft shell and charged hard shell prices. Not what we were expecting.
I usually try and stop every year for lunch. I was in the mood for BBQ so we decided to stop. You can sit outside or inside. Tables are large picnic tables with plenty of room.
