went for Saturday brunch. A little quirky but great food and wonderful service. Would definitely go again

The model is read the menu board, order and pay the cashier, pick up silver and napkins, take your number, find a table .... First problem encountered was no clean forks, second problem encountered was a sticky table (and this was at 11:45.) Both problems were quickly remedied by the busy and friendly staff. The corned beef hash looked amazing,... 更多
What an amazing breakfast served at a lovely restaurant in Lexington, KY. Quick and polite service at the neat little dinner style spot. Line out the door greeted me and once I got inside it was hard to choose what to get. The biscuits and gravy were amazing, nice flaky and crisp outside held up to the gravy with nice... 更多
Just a great staff, they have hired friendly. The food is fresh, looks great and tastes amazing. I look forward to eating here every time we get to Lexington. If they have the banana custard waffle, it's a must! A little gem, with an outside area and try the strawberry jam.
We visit Lexington with some regularity as our son lives there. We love breakfast at Doodles, and I asked for it by name this time when we were making plans for our visit. The restaurant is in a re-purposed gas station and just fun to be in. I had The Cure (bacon and eggs with toast and cheese grits). I... 更多
This is a nice, casual restaurant with good food. I have not had cheesy grits before. They were good, I'm just used to sweet grits with brown sugar. The omelette was cooked well and they even had beignets. They had two types of home made jams, and both were good.
Recently, while enjoying a relaxed, unscheduled day with my Aunt, she took me to this lovely little diner. Doodles owners remodeled an unused old style gas station. I remember the station well and this was so nostalgic for me. You're greeted with wonderful aroma's of a promising experience, smiles, and a huge wall menu that makes the food sound as... 更多
What a fantastic find on our trip through Lexington. Not too far off the highway, absolutely worth the trip. Their beignets are definitely not New Orleans caliber, but they are still very, very good. Plus, at $2.95 for a small basket of 3, you can have them as a table-sharing appetizer! There is nothing like a bonding over a plate... 更多
In a little, unassuming space that looks as though it used to be a service station is a wonderful restaurant serving up delicious food! We enjoyed a great breakfast at Doodles and especially enjoyed the potatoes and the pico de gallo. It was soooo yummy - the best we've ever had. Definitely stop at Doodles - you won't be disappointed.
