Casual dining. Good for groups. Good seafood. Nice view. Good fried shrimp and oysters. Sweet Potato fries were awesome. Good waitstaff. Great place to eat in good weather.
Dropped in for lunch and we were greeted by a man behind the counter saying don't go in- the restaurant is full. I thought it might be a private event but after helping people with their purchases in the gift store we asked if he had a waiting list. Meanwhile other parties were arriving and confusedly walking into the restaurant,... 更多
We came here based on several recommendations from locals and we were terribly disappointed. While the atmosphere is kinda quirky and cool the food leaves a lot to be desired. Everything we ate had absolutely no flavor and was floating in a puddle of grease. We started using ridiculous amounts of dipping sauce which gave this food some sort of... 更多
I had a White Sea bass dish and my wife had shrimp and scallops. She said her shrimp were out-of-sight and the scallops were good. My sea bass was excellent. The homemade dip was outstanding. Many go for the sunset. Kathy was excellent!
We stayed in Tybee within walking distance of this place, and the restaurant was amazing! The price wasn't bad at all, two of us ate some real good burgers for less then $16. We ate here the three of the six nights we were here. the only reason we didn't eat all six nights, because one day we spent in... 更多
service was excellent, food was really good. found this place while riding around on bicycles,a bit out of the way, but really worth your time!
Delicious breakfast when we visited in May. Have been to Tybee many times, since it's the closest beach to Atlanta, but first tie eating at A-J's. Eclectic environment is very fun to peruse, and it's right on the water, south end of the island. Good food and service, check it out!
Great food and great service. Seating available outside or inside. Great view of marsh area. We ate here twice during our three day visit. Some of our group kayaked to dock at A-J's. You cannot put in there, but you can tie up and come up to eat.
Asked the waitress how the oysters were looking this time of year and she said "pretty good". (usually I get some educated answer like they are out of season or order the scallops they're better). After 20 minutes I got a plate of dark brown fried junk - as the waitress stood near me I broke up several empty balls... 更多
We are here every night on our girls kayaking week...three years in a row! Great seafood and so fresh. Love sitting on the dock and watching the phenomenal sunsets. Good service (can be slow at times but who cares with that view!)
