I lived and worked in Japan for over four years and Miwa was like a flashback to all those great little noodle houses throughout Japan. Food and service was great. Thanks for the memories.
This restaurant is certainly a hole in the wall, and though the food is on the pricey side, it is worth the money. I love sushi, and I was not at all disappointed. The service is a little slow, but the food tasted fresh. I will definitely be back.

This is a small spot with a totally Japanese feel. Staff, background music, decor, lighting all add to a relaxed dining atmosphere. Sushi regular @$15.95 was excellent with a 7 piece nigiri sampler and a choice of 1 roll, and either Miso soup or salad. The Miso was terrific. Beer and wine only.

We were staying near the Embassy Suites and paid a visit. Quaint location, very good sushi rolls for the prices. I also had the Chicken Hibachi which was very tasty and plentiful. My son had the shrimp. All around very good quality for the value. I'd come again.
Everything I've tried here is excellent. We've been several times now. When the chain restaurants in Pooler are packed, we like to come here. It is more expensive than Seasons of Japan, which is close by, but it is a completely different atmosphere and the food is better.
