Don't waste your time or money. Ordered two drinks on patio at $10 a pop. Pourer on bottle must have been clogged because a cheaper drink was never made. Ordered grouper sandwich which cleary was pre prepped, frozen then microwaved just for me as parts were cold and parts were hot. Tasteless anyway. The spanish bean soup was the star very... 更多

My wife and I walked the Tampa River Walk and stumbled upon this beautiful oassis, Spanish/Cuban charm, historic, four generations, great menu, sangria and various wines and beers. Service from Sydney, our bartender, was superb and she is a very professional and lovely young lady.
We have been there three times and it is always relaxing. The food is good and the service is great. We have a dog and they bring him water each time. Very nice view of the riverwalk and water. You feel like you are in a foreign country with people fro all over speaking a variety of languages. One time... 更多
Had la late unch here after visiting the Tampa Bay History Center, which has some fascinating exhibits. The Cuban selections are excellent--hubby's Cuban sandwich and black bean soup were top notch. My fish sandwich was good, but nothing to rave about. Fried plaintains came with both sandwiches and were perfectly made. I highly recommend sitting at one of the outdoor tables... 更多
I had planned on seeing the Tampa History Center but was late arriving and it was beer :30 so went to the café bar at the center. The bar is old and large, with many pictures of the founder’s and their family. The bartender a middle aged woman was very friendly and the brew was cool. I observed the way... 更多
We went to the aquarium, but didn't want to go all the way downtown to the Columbia, and a travel guide told us about this cafe in the museum, 5 minutes walk over. Amazing food and service as well!
First, let me just say if you're planning on stopping here to eat, make sure you have triple the amount of time you think you need. Or better yet, pick a different Columbia location all together. We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday at about 2pm. It was fairly busy, but still a few open tables/spots at the bar.... 更多

I almost always have the salad when I go to Columbia and it always satisfies. But when this particular restaurant get crowded, the service is very slow but even worse, they have no system for seating people, no host and no list. So people are told to find a table when one frees up which is fodder for confrontation. It's... 更多

My husband and I went to the the Channelside area of Tampa to see the Merchant Marine ship. This area of downtown seems a bit desperate. On a Thursday afternoon there were very few people, and that eerie ghost town feeling to the shop/restaurant area. Bless the woman at the Visitor's center who directed us to the Columbia Cafe situated... 更多
My family and I enjoyed Columbia Café. We dined on the patio which is quite nice. I never went inside so I can't comment on that. The food was fresh and the Cuban sandwiches were fantastic ! Generous portions and a good value. Our server, David, was pleasant and right on top of things. We were there on a Thursday... 更多
The restaurant was really busy even though it was a Mon night, so we ended up eating at the bar. Interesting atmosphere, excellent food, great sangria and martinis, entertaining bartender named Elizabeth, fun dancers. So glad we opted to dine here, would definitely eat here again should opportunity present.
Thank you for dining with us. I would like to note at this location on the Riverwalk in downtown Tampa,... 更多
Even though my downtown working husband warned me about the service, I took an out of town friend to the Columbia Cafe on the Riverwalk to give her a taste of Tampa. The setting is beautiful and if the weather is nice, you can't beat the outdoor seating. It was a bit too humid for my northern friend so we... 更多

We stumbled on this sister location to the original one in YBOR City. What a nice surprise. They have a good size patio, when the weather is nice, that is great for an outdoor dining. I don't know what the original restaurant is like, but this location had friendly and attentive wait staff when we went there on a Sunday... 更多
While at a conference nearby we wanted to eat outside and found the Columbia Cafe. The waitress was friendly and knowledgable. The menu ranges from appetizers, tapas to larger entrees. We enjoyed pitchers of sangria and mojitos that they prepare table side. The mojitos are superb! (4 glasses per pitcher approx) Started with the plantains, crab coquettes, shrimp and the... 更多
