The cheeseburger was great. Also had a chocolate malt and it was wonderful too. The fries were normal but good. Didn't really care for the fried oysters but my husband liked them. And all very reasonably priced. We'll def go again.
We asked a local where the best place to eat would be and they told us Jerry's Drive In. Great home cooked food and friendly service. A small local gathering place.
My husband and stopped here today for lunch and they were busy but the server was great, "Destiny" is her name and food came quickly and food was great as usual.
Jerry's has been around forever. I used to live just down the street, so I was here at least one night a week. Specials are 'meat and threes' (you have to be a Southerner to know what that is, LOL). Burgers are great, never had bad food, though sometimes when it's busy it's not as good as others. Service can... 更多
An institution in Pensacola, where as a military wife, we stumbled upon luckily one night. Bring cash, as they don't take cards. Get the Cheeseburger, gravy fries and milkshakes( which are home made individually). The fried Grouper is excellent as is any open faced sandwich on the menu. The atmosphere is welcoming and homey. Where can you get mullet throats... 更多
Most of the locals I know swear by this place. I can't figure out why. It took a server almost 10 minutes to greet us at our table. The night we were there, they were out of fried chicken and chicken tenders. They had grilled chicken, but refused to fry it for us. The mullet, which apparently they are famous... 更多
Lived in Pensacola a long time, moved here from Panama City. Travel back in time to a corner hamburger place you loved to hang out - Jerry's. Good food, fantastic price, friends and new friends, and the bustle of the city. Family oriented, aromas to remeber, and eaasy to get to. Glad they are still around after a half century.
Remember high school cafeteria fast food and side dishes? Yeah, these guys serve the same "quality" stuff, but now you get to enjoy it at ridiculous prices! If you're still feeling nostalgic, at least you get to pay ONLY in cash, which I'm told "adds to the old-fashioned experience." Sure. Very average food, slow service, too expensive, and you have... 更多
Always the very best Cheeseburger in the world. The afternoon I got home from Vietnam in March 1970, my brother drove me over to say "Hi" to Bill and Ray and have 1-2 cheeseburgers and a cold draft beer... I was home as far as I was concerned.
this is Pensacola's oldest restaurant in the same location. It is truly a visit back in time the food is very good. Grouper sandwich is the best in town.. the downside is that it is a cash only joint.
I have been coming to Pensacola Beach for 25 years and have frequently stopped at Jerry's Drive In to grab a burger and shake and had fond memories of my visits. NO MORE after today's visit. I had the fried shrimp dinner and it was the worst shrimp I have ever eaten anywhere. I am not even sure it was... 更多
