This restaurant caters to an older demographic from the decor to the food ..however the food was pretty good the service was awesome so far the best in Daytona. It was a lil expensive but I was still happy with our very romantic dinner
Highly recommend this place if you live or are visiting daytona. The bar itself is excellent. If you go before 6 you will be able to order food for a discounted price from the Early Bird, although I recommend the regular menu. Best lamb chops and duck!
Three of us enjoyed a meal there, a bit leery after reading a few negative reviews. From the first call for reservations (they called us back after we left a message), everybody was friendly and helpful. The view is out of this world, service was very attentive, food served hot and delicious, drinks ample, prices reasonable. What's not to like?
I have been coming to Top of Daytona for thirty years. I have never had a bad meal or bad experience. The views are amazing. I had the stroganoff in a bread bowl and it was excellent. My wife had an 8oz filet, cooked medium-well. She absolutely loved it. It was perfect. Our waitress (Oxana) was outstanding. I will always... 更多
We were wanting to see the view and were somewhat concerned about the reviews that are all over the place. Decided to go, and we figured if it was really bad we could just stop on the way back to our condo and get something in a drive thru. No need to worry. Everything we had was excellent and the... 更多
Four of us recently stayed at a Peck Plaza condo where the Top of Daytona is housed. The condo's owner said if we did nothing else while there we had to have dinner at the Top of Daytona, the restaurant at the top of the building. Before making reservations we did our research and looked at reviews, most of which... 更多
Thanks to Trip Advisor, my wife and I had to find this restaurant. Talk about a throwback to the heyday of supper clubs including the optional sunken bar! This rooftop restaurant gives an incredible 360 degree view of Daytona Beach from the 29th floor. If you were to only go for drinks it would be worth the effort, but if... 更多
The building housing the Top of Daytona was built in 1974 – from what I can gather not much has changed on the 28th floor since then. Once you get on the elevator to go up, pretend you’re stepping in to a time machine and being taken to another decade – things might make more sense for you that way.... 更多
We found this place but were a little leery about making a reservation since the reviews were so bad and mean. We were sure some of it was untrue. With that said we decided to go, with very low expectations, to the bar and have a drink and check it out. There on a stage above the bar was a... 更多
Our server recommended the evening's specials, sea bass and beef stroganoff, which we ordered. The beef was tough and over salted. My husband ordered the bass which was definitely better. The service was slow but probably because they were understaffed. I can say that the bartender makes a mean Manhattan, the highlight of the visit!
OK, it used to be sort of unique and still has a bit of "cool" to it but it is 29 floors closer to heaven that the patrons will be visiting sooner rather than later. If your near go on up for happy hour, have a snack and a couple of drinks and enjoy the view. I mean, it's sort... 更多
