I visited The Kitchen with work colleagues while visiting Boulder. Our dining experience was outstanding. The atmosphere is active yet comfortable. The service was excellent. Our server was very helpful with our selections, including wine pairings. The food was organic and locally sourced. I had the lamb, which I found to be perfect in every way. I would recommend The... 更多
Boulder is full of wonderful restaurants and The Kitchen is among the best of them. We have eaten there for both lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed . The ingredients are always fresh and both the lunch and dinner menus have interesting choices. The lemon ricotta thin pancakes --yum!!! The portobello mushroom sand which was so tasty and... 更多
I have eaten at this restaurant, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Always delicious, service always friendly and efficient. Today was a very nice pork sandwitch with sparkling water for lunch. A cassoulet for dinner on a cold winter's night, is a wonderful memory. This is an excellent place to eat at any time.
Great ambience... clearly the space and layout were very well planned. Excellent wine list and drink menu. Everything we had (nut platter appetizer, tomato soup, scallops etc) was really good but the trout was about the best we've ever had...ever! Great job Kitchen!
If you are visiting Boulder there are a plethora of dining choices all within easy walking distance of one another along the Pearl Street Mall area. One grouping is at the West End. There are many good choices. Lately, we have enjoyed The Kitchen. The menu is always creative, the wine list interesting and the service impeccable. Trust your waiter... 更多
There are actually three places here, the main bar and restaurant, an Upstairs, and a Next Door. I was only in the main bar. I had the recommended pot-au-feu, and it had chicken sausage and brisket. Those were very good, although the attendant vegetables were overcooked. Bar service was good, and it was as lively as you would expect for... 更多
We had dinner at another restaurant and someone had recommended The Kitchen Upstairs for dessert...sticky toffee pudding. We walked in and it was a beautiful yet casual and welcoming atmosphere. I was excited that we could get fresh coffee and tea at the bar after dinner with our dessert. The sticky toffee pudding was AMAZING!! The best dessert I have... 更多
I visited The Kitchen for dinner and The Kitchen Upstairs for drinks separately and experienced excellent service both visits. Both have great drink menus and bartenders that are happy to make you a custom drink that matches your personal taste. The food was great - highly recommend the Garganelli alla Bolognese.
Very nice atmosphere though a bit on the loud side when full. The tables were of classic farm style. The ceiling was high and the floor to ceiling glass at the entrance kept the place nicely lit until sundown. Excellent, friendly service. The food was fresh and tasty. I had the lamb chops which were nicely seasoned and cooked to... 更多
A fabulous Bistro on the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder Colorado. I loved the Grgich Hills Estate 2009 Merlot paired with the most delicious Pork Chop I have ever tasted. Roasted apples, chestnut, celery, chili's on a bed of polenta....Wonderful ambiance and sensational service make this a most memorable culinary experience!
I went here with a bunch of people from work, there were about 10 of us. I really like this restaurant because you can have as little or as much as you like, it is like tapas but you can also have larger portions, Their wine list is fantastic and the staff are extremely helpful. I had a panzanella salad... 更多
Mediocre best describes our recent birthday dinner. Our server clearly had too many tables to attend. We had to send two entrees back because they were grossly overcooked. The lamb chops and ribeye steak were ordered med-rare but were served med-well. Needless to say, the entrees were returned for another shot at grilling. The return pretty much destroyed the rest... 更多
