Fun decor and friendly service. Burger was good - would not recommend the chicken sandwich. Greasy shoestring fries if you like them that way. $40 for lunch for two without drinks.
Stopped in for breakfast at this cute little hideaway in Santa Monica. Food was great, service was fabulous, portions were HUGE!!! Sat in a booth facing the ocean with a beautiful view. The only bad part was parking, its scarce. All in all I love this place and would go back in heartbeat !!
Well if a large group of local police officers are breakfasting there, you know it must be good - and it is! Whenever I'm in Santa Monica I like to have (at least) one breakfast here. I had the bacon and eggs with sourdough toast and it was so tasty. I substituted the breakfast potatoes for the hot hash, you... 更多
A simple eatery but the decor is brilliant ... you just have to see it ... quirky, eccentric, old school, irish weirdness. Staff are warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. Breakfast burrito's are a must with quality organic coffee, (we went and bought some from the local supplier its that good). We stayed in one of the apartments above, (avail... 更多
Once again a place I'd visited on my first trip to the USA 33 years ago, so we drove straight from LAX after an early morning arrival from Australia! An institution with old memorabilia from movie stars and US history. A funky little shack with some outdoor tables and free self-parking. Great for breakfast, a snack or cocktails. Efficient service.... 更多
This is a very historic location…the small entryway into the restaurant served as the depot at the terminus of the railroad that brought visitors to the far stretch of beach beyond Santa Monica to the Palisades way back when—and is what brought me there on this visit. Even though I lived in Santa Monica for many years I had never... 更多
Generally all round great wee place, lots of character , super friendly and chatty staff which is nice and excellent food as well. Good sized meals with lots of flavour. Easy to find but limited parking so had to squeeze around to the back ally parking but got a park first pop Well worth a visit
This is a nice little restaurant. I had a hamburger, and it was huge and delicious. The background music that they played in the restaurant was terrible, though - it was 50's style music, which didn't at all go with the theme of the restaurant. The restaurant was not busy at 6pm on a Sunday night - no wait at... 更多
We arrived at 9:15 on a Saturday night and were the only patrons there. It's located on Rte 1 next to the Chevron station. Once inside you are transported back in time. There are various wooden tables, funky chairs and lots of cool memorabilia on the walls. There is an old radio which plays music from the 40's. The staff... 更多
