Our view was incredible. Our server fun and kind of a foody. We chose the Mediterranean (hummus) platter w/ pita and veggies. Delicious hummus, and olive tapenade. Then we split Crab Cake Benedicts w/ coconut-tomato sauce. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the crab cakes were crisp and delicious. The coconut flavor I liked, the tomato part not so much. Then... 更多
I would recommend this place to everyone. the location was amazing we sat on the porch and watched the people and sea lions the staff was great had a smile the food was great , they had gluten free food that was great also and very flavorful. the cinnamon swirl pancakes my daughter said were the bomb. and very reasonable... 更多
The view is stunning as you watch the sun go down but don't expect gourmet delights. We had what we feel was the best table in the house for the view, magnificent. The food was limited in choice and not of a high quality but you can't have everything.
Had great sandwiches for lunch here one day, and heard about their breakfast. We returned our last morning to try their famous Coast Toast. WOW! So light it nearly floats off the plate. The Cinnamon Roll Pancackes were fabulous too. Very cute place, great location near the Cove. We could hear the Sea Lions barking while we dined. Great staff,... 更多
We stumbled upon Broxton's after watching the sea lions at La Jolla Cove. We stopped in and they seated us right away. We had an amazing view of the cliffs and the ocean. The ocean breeze felt glorious. Breakfast was delicious, it was all fresh ingredients and perfectly prepared. We got some coffees to go, a drip coffee and a... 更多
This was our first meal in La Jolla. We just walked down the street and went to the first place we came upon for lunch. The menu was on the small side, and half of it is for breakfast foods. I had the Atlantic salmon BLT, and husband had the fish tacos. We also split a bowl of chowder. My... 更多
Had our daughters graduation brunch there. The views are of the La Jolla cove.... how can you go wrong? Had great watermelon/ peach mimosas which were delicious. The food was incredible as was the service. Don't miss this place if you visit La Jolla!
Great breakfast and brunch spot, great view, great food, the smell sometimes from the seals can be a little much, if so go sit inside, it still great
Went there twice for breakfast, huge portions. Had scrambled eggs for kids which can easily feed an adult, pancakes where very good but the best was the "coast toast" called french toast with a soft center. Also the cappucino is much recommended if you like them strong, I do :-) Service was very nice on both occasions even though we... 更多
Bring your appetite for breakfast (along with a light sweater or jacket). You will enjoy the excellent breakfast foods from the famous Coast Toast to the phenomenal house made corned beef hash. A don't miss experience at a historic house. Eat under the covered terrace or outside for best times.
