I like this small cozy restaurant and stop by there about once every 6 months. It is situated on PCH in Sunset Beach.
I'm trying to eat healthy and wasn't sure about going to an Italian restaurant would make that easy... but they had a great dish with chicken, broccoli, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes. Usually healthy food isn't that tasty (to me). This dish was fantastic. I highly recommend it.
The food was good enough. The service was poor for a restaurant in this price range. I had to repeatedly search for server and request items several times. I actually had to find two different servers to get taken care of. I felt food was thrown in front of me.. none of that warm Italian welcoming. Wait staff seemed unhappy.... 更多
Firstly this place is now called Romano Cucina. Secondly, at lunchtime we passed it and thought it was closed down but it definitely isn't and thank goodness because walking past it in the evening we went in and had a lovely meal, with great friendly service and super prices. Had a birthday celebration with 12 guests. Everyone enjoyed their food and even with a large group the service was terrific! Definitely will return again.
The restaurant is now called Romano Cucina with new owners. Food seems to be the same. Good old fashioned red sauce dishes. Large portions so we take home half and enjoy another meal the next night. This is food like your Italian grandma would make if you had one.
