Fantastic pub, excellent band and friendly locals. Bit strange to see people smoking in a bar again. Nice to be in a real pub
We have been there and had a beer. Not a great experience. But not bad. Noisy and full of boisterous navy people we don't often go there. However, they have their market segment and we wish them good luck.
What a treat - this felt the way pubs used to feel in England before the smoking ban! Lots of naval memorabilia - Simon's Town is a naval Base and it's clear that the crew of visiting ships make rhemselves at home here, which makes it interesting for landlubbers.
Two and Six has always been my "watering hole" of choice when visiting Simon's Town. Always friendly staff, good atmosphere and reasonable prices!
An unassuming restaurant hidden at the top of the stairs behind the bar of the pub. We had the Sunday Roast. Very good value and very nice food. Three courses including a deliciously light Malva Pudding for dessert for three all for 300ZAR including drinks.
