Loved the steak at this place which came with a huge pile of chips. Great local atmosphere but come early as it fills up. Went back the next night because it was great fun.
Casino Bombero was started by local Cohaique firefighters who were doing a lot of cooking anyway. Hard to find a place open Sundays, but this did not disappoint. I was looking for something plain and the salmon cooked on a plank was good. Best pisco sour I had in Coyhaique. They do have an English language menu. It's tucked behind the fire station so you have to look for it.
