Was recommended to us by our resort, Sedona Summit, glad they did. Wonderful atmosphere, the food was fantastic, service great. Make sure you ask to visit all the other rooms, the owner (I assume) asked us if we had seen the other dinning rooms and old fashion general store, so we took a walk about the place. Interesting and full... 更多
When we stopped at the restaurant we thought it was a barbeque restaurant. It was mainly a steakhouse. I had a fish dish, tilapia I think, that was served over mashed potatoes. It had a side of asparagus which was good but the fish was overcooked. It tasted like it had been setting in liquid for a while as it... 更多
My husband chose this restaurant thinking it would be a nice experience for our last night in Sedona. Unfortunately, it was not. Hmmm. Jim A. says it's haunted. Perhaps this is accurate because the meal was truly a fright. I ordered the Prime Rib because it was touted as a "specialty". WRONG. It will be memorable as probably the worst... 更多
We saw the restaurant across the street from where we were staying and decided to give it a try. First thing off; a "complimentary" bread had to be asked for. And only one per table. Albeit the bread was good there was only one per person in the basket. I ordered the "tender" house sirloin and tender it was not.... 更多
This restaurant had the feel of a family-owned establishment. The antiques and collectibles throughout the restaurant gave it a warm and inviting feel.
We were visiting Sedona and wanted that unique experience and great food. Since this is one of the oldest restaurants we made a reservation. Their prime rib, one of their specialities, was excellent! Also the potatoes (Irish mashed) were great and the veggies done just right. My wife had the special, cheese ravioli, that was superb and large. I ended... 更多
The steak was good but nothing to rhapsodize about. Same for the veggies and mashed potatoes. The Margarita was overpriced and too weak. I'd come again if someone wanted to, but I wouldn't choose it again myself.
Some local friends took us here and we were very impressed. The building has a very cool history and no shortage of things to look at as you walk around. Our table of eight had three or four different kinds of steak and a lot of prime rib. All were perfectly prepared and huge portions. Sides were awesome too. The... 更多
This restaurant was conveniently very close to our hotel and once we arrive in a new town we love to just get out and walk about, so this was perfect for us! We also love places with character so this really 'fit the bill'! I believe we were told that this is the oldest building in Sedona, and whether or... 更多
My husband read a review that this place had the "best steak in Sedona". I expected much more. It seems to be a family restaurant that is trying real hard, and good for them. But the food was average at best.
We ate here on a road trip as a "nice meal" out. It was really nice. We both had the prime rib and were very happy with the food. I would go back if we were in the area for a longer stay than over night.
Our resort had a 10% discount for this restaurant so we went. We sat at the bar. The bartender was entertaining. The food was pretty good. They do not have beer on tap, so that was disappointing, but they did have a good selection of beer and served it in a chilled glass, nice touch.
We had a group of 23 people. The restaurant was in walking distance of the accommodations. The staff set up tables in the bar. We were able to order from the bar or the restaurant menu. Four members decided to eat at the restaurant. The bar menu fish and chips and burgers were great. Those who ordered from the restaurant... 更多
We went for dinner before leaving Sedona. We were greeted and seated promptly, and our waiter arrived quickly to inform of the specials. My wife and I had the prime rib for which they are famous, and it was as good as advertised. Our younger daughter ordered a steak well done, which our picky eater promptly announced to us that... 更多
