The food and service was very good! The smoked pork chop sandwich was very good.would recommend this place to anyone.
Old School Pit BBQ at it's BEST! Nice crust on outside, juicy, moist, and tinder. Perfectly Cooked BBQ. I'm TRAVELING AND EAT BBQ IN Every State I travel to. This is one of the Best... Soooooo Goooood! I WILL BE BACK AND BRING FRIENDS.
I had the chopped sandwich. It was wonderful!!! Prices are reasonable. Sweet tea was TOP NOTCH. the portion of meat was more than I expected. The place seems to be popular among the locals. Doesn't look like much from the inside, but the food is awesome
If you don't pay attention, you can miss it. It's a local eatery, where the locals grab a bite and hang out. And it had the best bbq porkchop sandwich I've ever had. The food was GREAT!!!
The only thing I order at this restaurant is the "World Famous Pork Chop Sandwich". When I take guests on a tour of the Columbus and Phenix City Civil War and other historical sites, I always try and time it so we can have lunch at this BBQ restaurant. Unlimited iced tea, great baked beans, and you can see the... 更多
We go eat lunch there every Saturday after we finish going to yard sales. Usually we have the same thing each time. I get the all meat plate with a side of Brunswick Stew, and my wife has the half chicken plate special. When they see us walk through the door they look at us and ask are you having... 更多
I tried the brisket for lunch, being from Texas, I should have known better. The sweet tea and Brunswick stew was really good though. The brisket was full of fat, super salty, and cool to the touch. Being the original location did not meet the expectation, however I do recommend the Ladonia location.
The smoked, boneless pork chop sandwich is one of the best Bar B Que type sandwiches I've ever found. I love BBQ, and have favorites for different dishes, but this is the best balanced in the area. Good chipped and sliced snadwiches as well as lates. The Brunswick Stw is very good also. Wash it all down with a big... 更多
Delicious bbq at reasonable price. French fries tasty when fresh out of the fryer (but don't heat up well as leftovers). Friendly service. And the walls are decorated with signs and posters that are worth a look. We're putting 13th Street BBQ on our list when our travels bring us back through Phenix City, Ala.
