Nice restaurant with great food and it is really interesting to see the fire while they are cooking.

The menu of the restaurant is limited. Not a lot of choice and no bread as starter. The food is however good and the restaurant is also nicely decorated with friendly staff. All in all a good restaurant but not exceptional.
We went back dining there both nights we were in Paraty. The food is excellent, the staff wonderful, and the spectacle of the flambe made the evenings great fun.
The Polvo Carpaccio is divine. As was the steak and the gambas, and excellent wine plus musical accompaniment a la samba. A must if you're in Paraty.
Went there on a recommendation of trip advisor. Had the fis with bananas was small but tasted ok. My girlfriend had the filet with cashews. Meat was cold and cashews where just kind of thrown in. We came here with another couple for dinner. The filet mignon was good but portion was a little small. I had the fish with banana which was actually really good. The food was incredible - I didn't realise there was a way to make mango taste even better but it turns out you just need to flambe it in cachaca!
