Capim Santo at Trancoso provide not only fresh fish dishes but also excellent appetizers like a small portion of bolinho de mandioca with shrimps. The taste was amazing! Fully recommend!
if you're going to be in trancoso i think this is one of the most safe bets for a great meal and night out - we ate here 5 years ago and loved it and came back now and enjoyed even more. Definitely among the top restaurants of the area menu is brasilian, local bahian focus but also a lot... 更多
The Capim Santo is a plant that we do not know in Italy, but we were won over by the drinks and the Brigadeiro that prepare them with this herb! Very courteous and excellent quality of the food! One of the best restaurants in the "Quadrado"!
We didn't have a reserve, what a suggest you do, otherwise you will have to Wait long. They offered us a table inside, and we asked to change for an opend air table as soon as possible, which they did! The place is beautifull. We ordered, and it took forever for our dishes to come. But once they did, food... 更多
Capim Santo is a famous local restaurant of Trancoso so we decided to give it a try. We got there early (around 7 pm), so there was no problem with our reservation. Outside tables, half-shade lights and cozy ambiance, mixed with beach decor. There were families with kids, groups of friends but mostly couples. Staff was attentive and professional. To... 更多
Great place for dinner just off the quadrado with friendly staff. The menu is a Bahian/ Portuguese cross with the best dishes being the fish plates. The grilled lobster was excellent and seems to be their speciality. Slightly pricey compared to similar menus in the area.

Hungry, heat-fatigued, and scared after witnessing a sloth fall out of a tree, we were received with much needed... 更多
Difficult to get a table at peak times so book ahead. International standard cuisine, mix of local and Portuguese dishes with international cooking. Try the fish and shellfish plates. Excellent wine list good service its ahead of the other places in town and the crowds that flock here clearly know that. Very nice evening.
If you like large fat delicious prawns cooked perfectly served with fresh vegetables grown locally, this is the place for you. My husband had Grouper which he also enjoyed very much. The service was very professional and the atmosphere was lively.
