This is a nice little spot for lunch. I had the pepper steak with steamed rice and it was really good. Food came out hot and fresh. Highly recommend if you are looking for good Chinese food.
a little neighborhood restaurant lacking decor but very clean and great dishes. Would go here any day over PF Chang. Friendly service reasonable prices. It is a great find.
This is mine and my family's favorite Chinese place. We absolutely love the Wonderful Chicken. I haven't found anything else like it across the US. Good food and excellent service.
We stopped in for a quick lunch, and found Twin Lion's lunch specials and the service were both very good. This is a small Chinese restaurant in a strip center in front of the HEB grocery store (at Braker and 183 N ); It's a long-time local favorite, and very reasonable prices (many lunches are $7 - $8.00, and include... 更多
Three co-workers and I had lunch on a Thursday at Twin Lion Chinese Restaurant. Between us we ordered Chicken & Garlic sauce $7, Chicken & Vegetables $7 and Almond Chicken $7.25 off the lunch menu. Our meals came with soup, egg roll and fried rice. We ordered the hot & sour soup, egg drop soup and wonton soup. All four... 更多
First, it took forever to be waited on, close to 20 minutes just to start with water. Once we ordered, our food arrived quickly. The Mongolian beef had more carrots than beef. The chicken with vegetables was limp and tasteless. Most of the food seemed like something you'd buy in the freezer section and heat up. It didn't seem fresh... 更多
We arrived and had to wait quite awhile. The baby grew fussy so, as soon as our waitress came over, I ordered an egg roll so he would have something to munch on. My daughter ordered flat noodles w/beef. She said these were not cut properly or had just stuck together but the beef was very tender. My son-in-law ordered... 更多
The food is good but not phenomenal, They take pride and truly care for the customers. The food is your average americanized food Literally, no Asian people were dining at the restaurant. That is how I usually measure the authenticity and overall taste of ethnic food at first impression. After the first few bites my suspensions were authenticated.
Searching for a Chinese restaurant in Austin, we selected the Twin Lion based on the number of excellent reviews on Tripadvisor. The decor in this this stripmall eatery is traditional Chinese-American, what you'd find in just about any such restaurant catering to those folks searching for standard fare. Service was good, although our server noted that it would take fifteen... 更多
Ambience, menu and food is very traditional for non-Chinese-American diners. The menu has many spicy and non-spicy dishes to satisfy all palettes. The won ton soup was excellent. Limited wine choice.
