It was a busy Saturday night, we ordered tempura, salmon sashimi, misono, yaki udon and squid. Obviously, we were craving for authentic Japanese here in Bacolod. The serving size was reasonable, the waiters were very attentive... The food was great especially the sashimi, fresh and it really melts in your mouth. 10pcs, gone in a few minutes!
Japanese food here is very good. The spicy tuna salad, the Tofu steak, the Sashimi and the maki are all good. Service is good, the waiters are attentive. Good location. They have buffet every first and third wednesday of the month which is worth it's price.
We had time for a quick lunch before going to the airport. Our friends took care of ordering- standard Japanese food. The place was small and tidy. Staff was average and attentive. Crowd was fair for a Sunday. Price was very affordable and good value.

therer 3 japaniese restourant in bacolod, i check every restourante but other 2,kenazi,kaisen are not japanese tast, but inaka is realy japanese tast and service is also japanese standard, price is little high if u compear to philipinn foods. i thought the orner is japanese ,,but staff say its philipina, oh amazing,,,,
a bit expensive for average japanese food. After eating, i asked one of the waiters for a glass of water, he nodded okay. Then my mom gave him a tip. After he got the tip, he did not come back and give me water. Maki's is good.
