The place is located in an old building. Serves Amazing food. One of the best paces for steak and onion soup. Would surely recommend.
I'm afraid this restaurant's reputation of the good old days still holds true, except the food could be much better. Next to the steak, the vegetables are from a can, the soup a l'oignon is good, the cozy atmosphere wonderful.

I asked for medium cooked stake and they brought it raw inside. They took it back and brought it very dry and overcooked. Boiled carrot were overcooked and very soft. French fries were not crispy at all.
