Beautifully located just outside the Gibbon Rehab centre. Up in the trees. A lot of special special thai dishes. The most delicious food at Phuket. Lots of locals. Cheep! A must go!
This is one of Phuket's best authentic local restaurant. Prices are reasonable (at least when I was there). But to get there, you need transport. It's on the east coast off Highway 4027, next to Bang Pae (or Bang Toey) Waterfalls. On Google Maps, the place is called Piang Prai Restaurant. On Apple Map, the restaurant is spelled as Phiang... 更多
Due to the restaurant locate outside the city. We can feel fresh and close to the nature. Good Thai local food. They have all such as Kang Som, Khua Kling, Kang Poo, Moo Hong, all delicious. The staffs are very friendly and good at service.
We have been dining at this restaurant every time we visit Phuket, over 8 years. The only thing that's changed is the size of the rest. The family who started is still hands on serving the customers with a smile. They have unique dishes you must try, one of our favorite is Rhoom, owners speak fluent English just in case... 更多

Located about 15km (10 minutes) from Heroines Monument on the road to Ao Po this place is up a side road leading to Bang Pae waterfall, the national park and the Gibbon's Sanctuary. Ao Po is on the east coast, head towards Pa Klok to find it. The food is great and the view is over a little lake, you... 更多
Well-run mainly traditional Thai restaurant, located by a small [artificial, but well established and integrated] lake, in the valley at the foot of low mountains, with the backdrop of the natural Phuket rainforest, which harbours the Gibbon sanctuary. Because its on a side-road through a rubber plantation, its well away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Seems mostly to get... 更多
Went here following a few recommendations. I now also recommend it. We visited the Gibbon rehabilitation centre which was an interesting 30 minutes and then walked to the nearby Waterfall which is not all that impressive despite being the biggest in Phuket. Peang- Prai is just by the car park for these attractions adjacent to the lake. Lunch was freshly... 更多
