located in the middle of the city, this restaurant will provide you good taste, must try tandoori fry king fish
We went to Ananda to have breakfast. While the ambience is good, the menu was very limiting and most of the items on the menu was not available. Also the staff is not courteous at all and we got annoyed and left after having only one omelette and bread from their menu. We continued our breaksfast at Annapurna which is... 更多
As eatery for regular lunch and dinner are a few at port Blair this place finds good footfall as there are no other good eatery. Food quality is poor and overpriced. The fish we had was surmayi and from taste it appeared to be a fish preserved for long. It was hard and tasteless. The day was watery just the... 更多
Veg food is not so great. Over spicy and fried to make it tasty. But simply dosen't taste good. We tried 2 basic paneer dishes (Butter masala and Tikka) both were disappointing. Chapaties are also ok. So a NO for vegetarians. But yes it is a Non-Veg paradise as i can feel from other people in the restaurant.
If you are in Port Blair on budget travelling and living near to this place you can actually visit this place once in a day for Lunch or Dinner to pack your stomach with food allowing you to spend some extra bucks for the other meal in a decent place.

The Food Was Good And Service Was Fast, But Nothing So Special To Return To For Another Meal. Being a bengali I didn't find any special bengali delicacy being served.
Very good indian food, but the crab was toooo spicy, we couldn't eat it. It's ok with regular diches - paneer, chicken etc., but I think that seafood don't need so many spices - you just feel nothing but hot.... what's the point?
