My husband and I tried the set menu and we're thoroughly delighted by the flavors of each dish. The meal was super filling for a 5 course meal. We highly recommend this place. It really set the bar High as this was our first restaurant of our trip. After eating a lot of delicious cambodian amok Fish everywhere, it's nice... 更多
Overall the restaurant is average and a it pricey for the quality of food. The restaurant decorations are simple and the service was good. We were bracing for a unique Khamer-French fusion experience. However, the cuisines did not meet our expectations. Do not recommend this restaurant for the price.
i had dinner for the first time at cuisine what damnak, with quite high expectation. the menu is very simple and elegant, well combine. the only a bit negative point from my experienced, the service was a little rocky; ordered bottle but never get my glass refill, the same for the water, i would personally expect the wait staff would... 更多
We probably got lucky due to the time of year but we just turned up and were offered a table and were treated to two hours or memorable culinary delights. This restaurant is a an experience that should not be missed by serious foodies with the menu that offers new and interesting local flavours. It may seem pricey to some... 更多
What a meal! Local in season produce made with some real inventiveness but still with a nod to local Cambodian cuisine . An excellent meal with great wine to match. Just so tasty. For overseas visitors excellent value as well.
Beautiful dining experience. Local flavors with a European twist. The food and service was impeccable not to mention amazing value for money. Wish we had more time and didn't have to run for a flight!
Excellent, creative cooking from French Chef Johannes who has been in siem reap for some years now. Well worth its place on the Asia's top 50 list of top restaurants - an unforgettable experience that no foodie should miss
I had booked a table for 4 persons several days before leaving Canada, and we felt this was going to be the highlight of our dining experience in South East Asia. While the items were interesting, well presented, and the chef receives kudos for exploring such a variety of menu changes, this did not turn out to be our best... 更多
Booked a table 10 days in advance and had a nice table in the garden. Had one of the set menu which included some very nice Cambodian dishes with a French twist really good. Was a little afraid of the mosquitoes but did not getany bites at all. Would love to come back for another delicious dinner.
What a wonderful food experience. Everything about this restaurant was perfect. The service was excellent and, well, if you appreciate good Kilmer food, THIS IS THE PLACE!
It was difficult to choose one of the two set menus as they both looked good. They change the menu on a weekly basis, so knowing which one we chose probably won't help you. Everything was presented beautifully and we got to try some things we had never tasted before (spoiler alert: elephant ear is a vegetable, but beef tongue... 更多
I really enjoyed the food at Wat Damnak. Designed to resemble the experience of a French gastronomic restaurant, but with a nice fusion of French and local flavors, the tasting menus offer a great variety and a few surprises. The location is beautiful and the service is great. And the value is great, considering the reasonable price and the quality... 更多
