We only ordered happy shakes here. We ordered mango happy shake for 3usd and passion fruit for 4usd. It tasted really good and the result was very good too!

The menu was quite extensive and the food was pretty good for the price. We had western food so can't speak for the quality of the Khmer food provided. A little run down and dark. The pasta I had (not happy, just regular) was fine.

Came here for the "happy" pizza and was not disappointed. Honestly, it tastes awful. We had a pepperoni deluxe pizza and it looked thin crust and delicious. We had a large pizza between four of us and were feeling the effects for the rest of the afternoon.
Nothing about this place was 'happy'. The pizza, for me, was inedible. Cooked only until the cheese melted and that's it.
